Nut B fits on Bolt B. Nut A fits on Bolt C, but does not fit on Bolt A. Bolts B and A are exactly the same. Given the scenario, will nut A fit on Bolt B?

I do believe that bolt A will fit on bolt B because you said they are the same. But we know for a fact that bolt A do fit on bolt C. So look at bolt C and B see if they are the same. If so then A will fit on bolt B. I think I understood what you was saying I hope I did. Good luck

Nut A does not fit on Bolt A.

Bolt A is the exact same as Bolt B.

So it follows that Nut A will not fit Bolt B.
