What role does nitrogen play in living organisms

1. Proteins are made up partly of Nitrogen. Without Proteins, your cells will lack enough nourishment to repair itself or to build new tissues.
2. Nitric Oxide is made up of Nitrogen. Without Nitric Oxide, your cells will have difficulty communicating with each other.
3. Urea is made up of Nitrogen. Without Urea, you cannot remove damaged and used proteins from your body - and this causes the formation of toxins.
4. Enzymes are partly made up of Nitrogen. Without Enzymes, simple acts, such as food metabolism, would take 200 years to complete.
5. Plants require Nitrogen. When plants don't have nitrogen, they fail and this disrupts the food chain.
