B. When Tejas rewrote the sentence he made it more concise. The sentence is now shorter. It's meaning is understood better. The new, revised sentence has a better flow than the original sentence. In the revised sentence we can see that the crowd leap up because the buzzer sounded. In the original sentence it isn't as clear.
