-y -y
2y-2=6
+2 +2
2y=8

y=4


2x-4=x+12
-x -x
x-4=12
+4 +4

x=16

BC=(16)+12
BC=28

AB=3(4)-2
AB=12-2
AB=10

3(4)-2= 10

2x-4= x+12
