Sheila should have desserts in small portions and increase activity levels. Not eating certain types of foods is no good, although for high-sugar/high-fat foods, moderation should always be practise. Increasing activity level prevents from accumulating fat and reduce the risks associated with high sugar foods, so this could be a great strategy for Sheila.

Well you haven't provided any answer options so answer options include things like mountain climbing. Mountain climbing involves multiple systems and functions over a long period, with moderate being something like hiking the same mountain.
