Describe how and why both types of adaptive immunity can cause problems with organ transplantation

The transfer of cells, tissues or organs is transplantation and transplantation rejection occurs when the immune system of a person detects that antigens on the cells of the organ are vary from each other or mismatched, and when this mismatching occurs it can trigger a blood transfusion reaction.

There are two types of adaptive immunity are humoral immunity and cell-mediated immunity. These both types of immunity can cause problem in organ transplantation.
