m∠YVZ = 90°
The measure of the angle formed by 2 chords that intersect inside the circle is 1/2
the sum of the chords' intercepted arcs.
(arcYZ+38)/2 = 90
arcYZ + 38 = 90*2
arcYZ + 38 = 180
arcYZ = 180 - 38
arcYZ = 142°
