we need proper body alignment to, well keep us upright. It helps us walk and do the simplest things, like riding bikes, sitting up ,etc. Propee body alignment influence our performance during workouts tremendously, they help us do the activities, they make us stronger and more able. if we didnt have proper body alignment we wouldnt be able to do the things we do normaly.
