Q1 = (16 + 13)/2 = 29/2 = 14.5 ....this is where the box starts
Q2 (median) = (18 + 21)/2 = 39/2 = 19.5.. line in the middle of box
Q3 = (23 + 24)/2 = 47/2 = 23.5 ...this is where the box ends
maximum = 29
