7+2[3(x+1) -2 (3x-1)]

= 7 + 2(3x + 3 - 6x + 2) ...expand by using distributive property
= 7 + 2(-3x + 5) .....combine like terms
= 7 - 6x + 10...expand by using distributive property
= -6x + 17 ...simplify

hope it helps
