Area of land that Mr. Daniel has =
1 (2)/(3) = (1*3 + 2)/(3) = (5)/(3) Acres.

One Bag of fertilizer cover
(1)/(9) Acres area.

So area covered by 20 bag of fertilizer will =
20 * (1)/(9) = (20)/(9) Acres.

But Mr. daniel has only
(5)/(3) Acres area.

So we can say left over area covered by 20 bags =
(20)/(9) - (5)/(3)

= (20 - 15)/(9) = (5)/(9)

So the left over area covered by 20 bags =
(5)/(9) Acres.

We know one bag covered
(1)/(9) acres area.

So number of left over bags =
( (5)/(9) )/( (1)/(9) ) = (5*9)/(1*9) = 5

So we can say number of left over fertilizer bags are = 5
