Jeremy is putting together a model rocket. The scale is 1 cm : 50 ft. If the height of the actual rocket is 210 feet, how tall is the model?

The scale is:
real dimension (ft): scaled dimension (cm)
50: 1
Looking at this, we can see that in order to convert the real dimension to the scaled model's dimension, we need to divide by 50.
So we can get out scale dimension by simply dividing 210 by 50 as well.
210/50 = 4.2
So, the height of the scaled model is 4.2 cm.
