HELP !!

The equation of the graphed line in point slope form is (blank) and its equation in slope intercept form is (blank)

first blank
y-0=-3/5(x-3)
3y=-5(x-3)
y-3=3/5(x-0)

second blank
y=-9/5x+3/5
5y=-3(x-3)
y=-3/5x+9/5

the first set of eqatuions seems to be point slope form

y-y1=m(x-x1)
a point on the garph is (x1,y1) and the slope is m

ok, so slope=rise/run
in this case, frim (-2,3) to (3,0), the rise is -3 and run is 5 to slope is -3/5

a point is ehter (-2,3) or (3,0)

so the first equation is either y-0=-3/5(x-3) or y-3=-3/5(x+2)
that is the first option, y-0=-3/5(x-3)

the 2nd blank is solve for y
y-0=-3/5(x-3)
y=-3/5x+9/5
last one

so the first blank is y-0=-3/5(x-3) and the 2nd is y=-2/4x+9/5
