Consitutional is under a ruler that actually has restrictions

Under a dictatorship the dictator can do whatever they want and practically get away with it because he has no restrictions

It's like hitler ruling vs trump

Hitler was a dictator

Trump is a president so he can't just do anything he wants without going through congress thanks to the constitution

Make sense?

A dictatorial government is run by the leader/dictator...a constitutional government is run by many groups of government officials with the people's influence, the people have somewhat of a choice.
