let us say x instead of theta ok?

then
x1 + 70 + x1 must be equal to 180
so that:
2 x1 = 180-70 = 110
then
x1=55

next:
x1 = x2 = 55 (alternate interior angles)

and

x1 = x5 = 55 (alternate interior angles also)

x4 + x5 = 90 (right angle corner)
and x5 = 55

then:
x4 = 45

x2 + x3 = 90 (right angle corner)
and x2 = 55

then:
x3 = 45

Done

hope that helps
