You select a card at random from the cards that make up the word REPLACEMENT. On each card, there is 1 letter. Without replacing the card, you choose a second card. Find the probability of choosing a vowel and then not a vowel.

Replacement.....4 vowels, 7 consonants...total of 11 letters

P(vowel) = 4/11
without replacing
P(not a vowel) = 7/10

P(both events) = 4/11 * 7/10 = 28/110 reduces to 14/55
