to know which point achieve min of 2x+2y, we need to test these four points:
0,7
2*0+2*7=14
3,7
2*3+2*7=6+14=20
6,3
2*6+2*3=12+6=18
6,0
2*6+2*0=
12
so the point
(6,0)
is the point that satisfies the minimum value of 2x+2y
hope that helps
