4 inches = 6 ft

24 ft = (24/6 = 4....4 * 4 = 16)....so 24 ft = 16 inches
15 ft = (15/6 = 2.5.....2.5 * 4 = 10)....so 15 ft = 10 inches

so the dimensions are : 16 inches by 10 inches
