The correct answer is B. I figured this out by testing out coordinates into each equation. I am only going to show my work for equation B though... if you want to see the rest of my work, message me.

(0,0) ⇒ this point is within the shaded part of the graph

0 ≤ 1/2(0) + 3
0 ≤ 0 + 3
0 ≤ 3
True

(1,4) ⇒ this point is within the unshaded region

4 ≤ 1/2(1) + 3
4 ≤ 1/2 + 3
4 ≤ 3.5
False

This proves that equation B matches the graph shown.
