Write an equation in slope-intercept form for the line that satisfies the following condition. slope 6, and passes through (5, 20)

First you graph..


Start at (5,20)


Count 6 up 1 to the right three or four times then Count 6 down and 1 to the left.

You will get the y-intercept out of this...

Which is -10.

You can put it into slope-intercept form now-

y=mx+b

"m" being slope and "b" being the y-intercept.

Final Answer: y=6x+10

I can't remember if this is correct or not but I believe it would be 5 multiplied by 20 plus 6. As I said I don't Know for sure if this is correct or not. However, I hope it help
