X/3/2 is the same as x/(3*2) which equals x/6
X/6=4/9
Cross multiply to get:
9x=24
Divide each side by 9:
X=24/9
Simplify
X=8/3

x/(3/2)= 4/9

Multiply both sides by 3/2

x= (4/9)*(3/2)

(4/9)*(3/2)= 12/18

12/18= 2/3

x= 2/3

Final answer: 2/3
