A. 2x^2 − 4x − 3 − 13 over (4x - 3)
B. 2x^2 − 4x − 3 − (the quantity of 4 x - 3 over 13)
C. 2x^2 − 7x − 1
D. 2x^2 − 7x − 5 + (the quantity of x - 4 over 4 x - 3)

You would use the long division technique..

Here it looks like:

--------------------
4x − 3 | 8x^3 − 22x^2 − 4
---------

and like that,,,

after you do this, you will get

2x^2-4x-3-(13)/(4x-3)

hope that helps
