You have recently taken on additional duties assisting your manager in a supervisory role. you have been performing these duties for several months, but have not been formally assigned to the role which will be filled in 3 more months. what would you do?

If I liked this new role, and was doing a good job of it and could point to my successes in it, I would bring this matter to the attention of the manager and that due to my already filling that role and my good record in it I would like to know if I could have that position formally so that the ad would be removed and I would be formally assigned that position. When one has a just cause one can win is a rule in life especially if you fight for it with passion and conviction.
