How do you graph
y= 1/3x +2 on a graph.

Start by plotting the y-intercept. The line intercepts the y-axis at (0,2) since 2 is the "b" term in the equation. From (0,2), move up by one point, and then move 3 to the right to get your second point. Keep moving 1 up and 3 to the right to get a line.
