3(2x+7y=8)-2(3x+2y=-5)
6x+21y-6x-4y=24+10
17y=34
y=2, which makes 2x+7y=8 become
2x+7(2)=8
2x+14=8
2x=-6
x=-3
So the solution to the system of equations is the point (-3, 2)
