The correct answer is:

B. All men are created equal

Thomas Jefferson, the founding father who wrote the declaration of independence, at that time owned a several amount of slaves. When he stated "all men are created equal" he makes reference only to white men. It is written in the constitution that the only ones with right to vote where white males who owned property.
