The various medieval literary forms I found are the following:
1) Epic - a long narrative poem that tells of heroic deeds and events that are significant to a culture or nation. An example of this epic is Beowulf.

2) Chansons de Geste - epic poems in French literature. It's a song of heroic deeds or lineages.

3) Goliardic Verse - produced by clerics or lay people who are devoted to Golias, a mythical patron and lord of vagabonds. Their works satirized the Church and exalted the benefits of love, song, and wine.

4) Hagiography or Saint's lives - contains details of the day-to-day living of the Saint and the meaningful events in his life.

5) Arthurian Romance - defined as a narrative text that are formed through prose and verses that tells the story of courtly love, chivalry, and adventure.
