Amphotericin b is an anti fungal medicine that is so potent but has been reserved to treat serious fungal infections. Amphotericin b has so many side effects like low potassium, severe allergic reaction or anaphylaxis, fever and chills. It can also affect the kidneys and the heart. Although it is popular for its potency it is also weighed on the severe side-effect the patient might suffer from the medicine.
