Hey there!
When you select a range of numerical data, a button called the Quick Analysis button will pop up. From here, there's an easy-access menu of different formatting and chart options available for your selected data. The list of options isn't extensive and only includes popular chart options – if you want a more extensive list, you can view the options through the ribbon.
