A successful advertisement is the one which creates a desire in viewers, listeners or readers, providing also the information related to how to fulfill such desire. Among the techniques used in advertisement to achieve such purpose highlight: (1) Repetition , which is used to build identity as well as customer memory, (2) Describing a product, which develops expectations in the buyer, (3) Association, which consists on associating a product with either a famous person or a jingle in order to create psychological connection in the customer, and (4) Promotions and Rewards , such as coupons and prizes which may encourage customers to build a relationship with the service.
