$4.80/96oz = $X / 128 oz

We cross multiply to find $X, i.e. multiply the left-hand side by 128 oz,
$X=128 oz * $4.80/ 96oz =$ (128*4.8/96) = $6.40

Answer : $6.40 / 128 oz would have the same unit price as $4.80 / 96 oz.
