It is known as a positive motivation as it is where a person motivates in a way that he or she expects rewards to be gained, it could be pictured above as having to know the listeners’ value and appealing to their values is a way of having a reward to self for it has been able to provide the needs of other people in which is a rewarding thing to receive.
