Right palatine bone is found internally rotated should be treated in a case of carpal tunnel syndrome.

Osteopathic examination showed this. Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a medical condition is pressure on the nerve or compression of the median nerve which causes pain and tingling. It can get worse, so early diagnosis and treatment is very important.
