The table shows the diameters of three planets:

Planet Diameter (kilometers)
Neptune 4.9 ⋅ 104
Saturn 1.2 ⋅ 105
Uranus 5.1 ⋅ 104

Order the planets from greatest to least diameter.

we will compare the powers of 10 (assuming ya meant 10⁴ when yo wrote 104)

so
we can actually just expand them

neptune=49000
saturn=120000
uranus=51000

so order from largest is saturn, uranus then neptune

Answer:

Saturn > Uranus > Neptune.

Explanation:

The diameters of three planets are given in kilometers.

Neptune = 4.9 × 10⁴

Saturn = 1.2 × 10⁵

Uranus = 5.1 × 10⁴

Now we have to calculate all the diameters.

Neptune = 4.9 × 10⁴ = (4.9 × 10 × 10 × 10 × 10) = 49,000 km

Saturn = 1.2 × 10⁵ = (1.2 × 10 × 10 × 10 × 10 × 10) = 120,000 km

Uranus = 5.1 × 10⁴ = (5.1 × 10 × 10 × 10 × 10) = 51,000 km

The order of the planets from greatest to least will be

Saturn > Uranus > Neptune.
