A side of a square is 8 2/3 inches. Using the area formula A = s2, determine the area of the square

Finding the area of a square is easy as long as we know one side length. Since all of the sides are the same, we can do s^2 to get our answer. This shows that the area of the square is approximately 75.111 inches squared.
