Use the cost-benefit analysis table to answer the question: Should Mrs. Baxter allow her students to take an open-book test?

I can't see the cost-benefit analysis table.  But depending on what results it gives the cost-benefits could be that if she allows them to use open-books they could have a great chance of high test scores and good results.  In that same instance, it could hinder their education because they are not forced to memorize and recall the information.

I'm sure that the right answer is Students will be happier with Mrs. Baxter cos 1. you need your books if it's an open book exam, 2. why would the parents complain if their child would get a good grade? and 3. It's not exactly a benefit to have to make a test harder,, and it won't be so hard since it's open book lol. hope I helped ;)
