If y = 5x - 2 were changed to y = 3/4 x-2, how would the graph of the new function compare with the first one?

y = 5x - 2
y = 3/4x - 2

well....compare....they have the same y intercepts.....they have different x intercepts....they both have a positive slope....although, y = 5x - 2 has a steeper slope

The new graph would have a less steeper slope than the first graph because slopes with whole numbers have a steeper slope than slopes with fractions
hope this helps:)
