y = −4x + 64

when x = 0 , y = −4(0) + 64 = 0 + 64 = 64
when x = 4 , y = −4(4) + 64 = -16 + 64 = 48
when x = 8 , y = −4(8) + 64 = -32 + 64 = 32
when x = 12 , y = −4(12) + 64 = -48 + 64 = 12
when x = 16 , y = −4(16) + 64 = -64 + 64 = 0

equation
y = −4x + 64

answer is A. first one
y = −4x + 64
