Answer:

The water has a high heat of vaporisation, this means that requires more energy that other solutions to evaporate. Now, water is a basic element that's involved in everything, one of the reason to human lives are possible in Earth is for this.

So, in this high heat vaporisation process, another one is involved and really crucial to our bodies, because when water evaporates, the surface beneath gets cooler, this is called evaporative cooling, and that is one of the most important things that affect organisms, temperature regulation.

The heat of vaporization refers to the amount of energy necessary to add to a substance in order to convert the substance from liquid to gas. Water has a high heat of vaporization measuring 40.65 kJ/mol. This means that a lot of energy must be put into it before it evaporates. As a result, humans are able to maintain their body temperature since the human body is mostly made up of water. Moreover, it keeps the Earth's climate at a steady temperature as well. Thus, living organisms are able to live in an environment that does not rapidly change in temperature as a result of changes in their immediate surroundings.
