To test for the near visual acuity of the client who has trouble reading with the use of Jaeger reading card, the client should hold a fourteen inches chart from his or her eyes which should be kept with the client’s eye level and about twenty feet away placed on a wall in order to test the distant vision of which the client needs to take on in identifying whether he or she could see it clearly or not.
