The birds can’t see the light colored moths that well because they can camouflage. The moth populations change, illustrating the effects of natural selection. There will be more light colored moths in a lighter environment. This will increase the population of light colored moths because they are able to reproduce and thrive in the environment. This is the same with dark colored moths in a dark environment.
