Actually it is 2 tangents touching a circle.
Look at attached graphic.
Angle V = ½ ( 37x + 5 -[23x -5])
5x + 17 = ½ ( 37x + 5 -[23x -5])
5x + 17 = 18.5x + 2.5 -11.5x + 2.5
12 = 2x
I think you can easily solve the rest of it
