Is it possible to represent the number 203 as a sum of several whole numbers such that their product is also equal to 203?

No. Because the product of 203 cannot be formed because there is nothing that can be multiplied to form 203 (except for decimals/fractions). 203 is not divisible by any number except 1 and 203, so it is not possible no matter what whole numbers in a sum you get.
