Using PEMDAS you'd start with the parentheses
(12/4+2)
(3+2)
(5)^2
then square it, but dont forget about the negative
5^2=25
|3-10|-25
then 3-10 is -7 but the absolute value makes it positive
so
7-25 would turn out to be -18

Ok so follow PEMDAS
|3−10|−(12÷4+2)^2
|-7|-(3+2)^2
7-(5)^2
7-25
-18
