The nuclear families are vulnerable to a condition referred to as emotional overload. It is because the emotional overload triggers because of factors that could affect a nuclear family where this family is comprise of a couple and their children. They focus on having a job to support their family as well as their children as they are still dependant on them, and having problems such as losing a job could already make them vulnerable to emotional overload because losing a job could be a problem to the family and affect them in a large way.
