It is the aromatic amino acid. Aromatic amino acids and proteins assimilate UV light with two particular pinnacles. The pinnacle fixated on 280 nm is the after effect of absorbance by the sweet-smelling ring bit of their structure. The crest at bringing down wavelengths is caused by absorbance of peptide and carboxylic corrosive moieties in the mixes.
