I think it would be "It has 2 terms and a degree of 2", because the 3x^2y^2 and the -3x^2y^2 cancel out. Then, you're left with -5xy^2+2x^2.
In what remains, there are 2 terms, each with the highest degree of 2, so I would be led to believe A is your answer.
