The sentence that has a correct subject-verb agreement is choice D. Neither of those cars gets good mileage. This is because the subject is singular, thus, it requires a singular verb as well. Choice C has a plural verb, so it is wrong. Choice B has the verb 'gots' which is not a verb. While Choice A has the verb 'does get', the form is correct, however, the use of the word 'does' is for emphasis and can be omitted.
