This is the answer I wrote it all out

x^2 - 3x = 3
(x - 1.5)^2 - 2.25 = 3
(x - 1.5) = +/- sqrt 5.25

x = 1.5 +/- sqrt5.25

x = -0.79, 3.79 to nearest hundredth
