How do you feel regarding the Affordable Care Act? Is it a necessary step to cover everyone? Should “for-profit” insurance companies exist, or should there be only “non-profit” insurance providers?

I need to answer this question in 150 word but I don't have any idea on how to start, please help me.

Im assuming this is for an essay of some sort, so start by giving a brief explanation of what the act is and then go into your opinion on if it should be a step to cover everyone.
Then, describe for profit vs non profit companies and state whether or not you think for profit insurance companies should exist.
